Tenant Placement is a service that allows you to leave the stress of initiating an occupancy behind. Atlantic-West Group undertakes the whole process from searching for tenants to move-in inspections. With that service we advertise the property, find and screen tenants, prepare and sign the lease (with owner-approved applicants only). We provide owners with results of tenants' credit check, rental references and proof of income along with our recommendation. If applicant is approved we will prepare and sign a lease.

Property Management service is designed to provide professional landlording of occupied properties. Under our Property Management agreement we undertake all landlording responsibilities of the owner. As Property Managers we act as mediators between property owners and tenants with full landlord duties - we answer all calls regarding the property, accept, 24-hour emergency calls, send late notices and cure-or-quit letters, collect and clear rent checks and send them to owners with monthly statements. This service is epecially useful for property owners residing out-of-state.
